  • Data Revisions

Modifications to site after initial design and USSCO user access.

  • Data Transmission

Currently, Print-To-Mail is sent about every other day. If the data is sent daily this will require a conversion of the data to accommodate the hierarchy and allow documents to be viewed on a daily basis.

  • Mail Documents with Invalid Addresses

All Print-to-Mail distributions that will be delivered via either automated first class presorted mail or standard letter mail must have CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) certified recipient addresses in order to qualify for the mailing. The processing Engine certifies each address while processing. Those mail pieces that cannot be certified are considered “Invalid Addresses” and are routed to the Special Handling Distribution. At the client’s request, these mail
pieces may be commingled and mailed with the non-qualified job or sent as flat-packs to a designated location.

  • Mail First Class Automated Presorted

The primary delivery option for routed through the Print-to-Mail distribution is automated first class presorted mail. This type of delivery offers the best price for first class delivery.

  • Mail First Class Non-qualified

All non-qualified First Class mail pieces are commingled and delivered to the USPS through the use of a pre-sorting mail service. Any “remainder pieces” that don’t meet the restrictions of Automated First Class or Standard Letter Mail are considered non-qualified.

  • Mail Flats

Print-to-Mail distributions that contain mail pieces that do not fit the weight and thickness
requirements to be classified in either Presorted First Class or Standard letter mailings are routed
through the Print-to-Mail facility as “oversize” mail pieces. They are packaged in oversize
envelopes and / or boxes and are delivered either through the USPS or through a third-party
    shipping company.

  • Mail Standard Letter Mail

Standard letter mail is similar to the presorted first class option for mailings that are not as time sensitive and that are targeted for the best postage price. Standard letter mail postage rates are lower, but they have a slower delivery time

  • Mailing Services

Same day and next day mailing turnaround with a guarantee for billing and direct mail services.

  • Web Direct Link

Access your On-line documents from multiple application programs that you are already running. Return a “hit list” of documents that you are searching for into your ERP and CRM programs.

Is a web based eLink software, which is an add-on option that will allow the link to happen in the following way:

    • Web based eLink allows an outside application to "link" into our interface bypassing (among other things) user authentication.

    • The sending application sends an encrypted URL (encryption/decryption accomplished via a COM object that we provide to the customer) to the eBill online Viewer site. On the URL there are a number of parameters:

    a. user credentials
    b. database id (we provide)
    c. list of key field names (Indexes)
    d. list of key field values (Indexes)

    • Web based eLink then receives this URL request, bypasses the login page, the tree-page, performs the search, and leaves the end-user at the view page with the document rendered (assuming a matching document was found) in a new browser window that appears on the workstation's desktop that sent the URL.

This requires the sending application to provide a screen for the User to enter search criteria but allows for full integration into the senders web interface. This same interface also allows additional verification by only accepting parameters from a certain IP address or IP range which should accomplish the same thing as verifying the sending page in your existing applications

Custom solutions are based on specifications and time frames required for implementation.

  • Web Hierarchy

Since the client account structure can change, a determination needs to be completed as to the proper hierarchy to be used. A solution would be to pass the Account hierarchy with every file - including password and security design and maintenance.

  • Web Index

The indexing criterion needs to be established prior to conversion and loading to the archive. The indexes will be data either in the data stream or associated with the images.

  • Web Near Line Storage

Access, storage and retrieval of documents older than 12 months.

  • Web Site Branded Website

Customization of archive web pages to be similar to your web design.

  • Web Site Demo

    Demonstration for training and review.

  • Web Site Integration

USSCO can either have a standalone site or integrate into their web site. Additional programming is required based on the requirements of integration.

  • Web Site Testing

DMC review of site prior to site demo.

  • Web Viewer

Store and retrieve for your network. Reduce your data storage costs and access your forms via the eCopy Online web site. Search, display and view or print from a fully indexed document library. Eliminate paper, Eliminate filing and file cabinets, storing and retrieving paper documents. Eliminate your high costs of document storage, and the long hours to search for just the right document.
